PRIVATE TRAINING FOR 2 ATHLETES
TWO ATHLETES. ONE FOCUSED TRAINING EXPERIENCE.
Private training for two is designed for athletes who want personalized coaching, focused attention, and the motivation of training alongside a partner.
PERSONALIZED COACHING.
SHARED INTENSITY.
Training with a partner creates energy, accountability, and healthy competition — without losing the attention to detail that makes private coaching so valuable.
Coach Matt works directly with both athletes to identify strengths, improve movement quality, and develop a training plan that supports their performance goals. Each session is structured to help athletes move faster, get stronger, improve mechanics, and build confidence in their sport.
This is an ideal option for siblings, teammates, or two athletes at a similar level who want focused coaching in a more personal setting than group training.

Who is private training for two best for?
This program is best for two athletes who want focused coaching, technical attention, and a more personalized experience than group training. It works well for siblings, teammates, or athletes with similar goals.
Do both athletes need to play the same sport?
No. The athletes do not need to play the same sport. Training can be adjusted based on each athlete’s needs, sport, and development level.
Is the training still personalized?
